Booking and Deposits:

If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid any penalties. Rescheduling within this time frame allows us to accommodate your request without any additional fees. In cases of emergencies, penalties may be waived if you reschedule at the time of your appointment.

To secure your tattoo session, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment ensures your spot and allows us to begin preparing for your project. If you change your mind, the payment is 100% refundable, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Should you decide to cancel your appointment entirely, you will receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any fees. If your tattoo has been designed, there will be a $300 fee deducted from your refund.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining a smooth and efficient booking process.

Payment Methods:

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, credit, debit, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. When you book your tattoo session, full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment. This approach ensures that after a long day of getting tattooed, you won’t have to worry about handling payments when you're tired and ready to go.

Payment Security:

Rest assured, your payment is secure and fully refundable if you request a refund, no questions asked, as long as you notify us within the appropriate time frame. If your tattoo has already been designed and you decide to cancel your tattoo session, there will be a $300 fee deducted from your refund.

Processing Fees:

Payments made via cash or Zelle are free of processing fees. For other payment platforms, fees may vary based on the provider.
If you wish to leave a tip on the day of your appointment, you can do so in cash or through any of the other payment methods listed above.

This payment structure allows us to focus entirely on delivering the best tattooing experience without any distractions, ensuring that your session is smooth and stress-free.

Pre-Session Preparation:

It’s essential that you arrive at the studio well-fed to avoid fainting or dizziness during your session. Please eat a substantial meal before coming in, and be prepared to have another meal while you’re at the studio. We want you to feel strong and steady throughout the process.

Health Requirements:

We require all clients to be in good health on the day of their appointment. If you’re feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please contact us to reschedule your session. It’s crucial that both you and our team stay healthy.

Hygiene Practices:

Our studio follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each use, and we use only single-use needles and disposable materials for each client. You can trust that your tattooing experience will meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Studio Etiquette:
Please arrive on time and be respectful of the studio environment. If you have any specific health concerns or needs, feel free to discuss them with us beforehand. We’re here to accommodate you and ensure a safe, positive experience.

Design Changes and Adjustments

We understand that your vision might evolve, and slight adjustments to the design can be made on the day of your appointment. However, if you wish to make significant changes or request a completely new design, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

To avoid any disruptions and ensure that your tattoo is exactly what you envision, please communicate any major design changes well in advance of your appointment.

At my private studio, you can expect a comfortable and personalized experience tailored to your needs. The studio is a quiet and intimate space, with just myself and my apprentice working there, ensuring that you have the privacy and focus necessary for a successful session.

Comfort and Accommodations:

We go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease throughout the tattooing process. The studio is equipped with water, coffee, and a complimentary meal if you choose. You can select a meal from nearby restaurants, or I can order anything you like through Uber Eats. Simply let us know your preferences when scheduling your appointment or any time before your session, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

Music Preferences:

If you have a particular music preference that helps you relax, feel free to let us know. We’re happy to create a playlist or play your favorite tunes to make your experience even more enjoyable.

Temperature and Clothing:

The studio can get a bit chilly at times, but we can easily adjust the temperature to your liking. We recommend bringing a beanie, long socks, or any comfortable clothing that will keep you warm and cozy throughout the session.

Pain Management:

While tattoos do involve some discomfort, we take measures to help manage the pain. Although I don’t pre-numb the skin to start your tattoo, as it can affect the texture and color outcome, I do apply numbing cream halfway through the process, once the skin has been tattooed. This helps to take the edge off the pain without compromising the quality of your tattoo. It’s important to come mentally prepared, as overcoming the challenge of the pain is a significant part of the tattooing experience.

Aftercare Instructions:

Following your session, I’ll provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure your tattoo heals perfectly. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for optimal healing and long-lasting results. I’m always available for any questions or concerns you may have during the healing process.

Touch-Ups and Guarantees

Perfect Heal Guarantee:

I’m committed to ensuring that your tattoo heals perfectly and meets the highest standards of quality. Touch-ups are included as part of my commitment to your satisfaction. You can request a touch-up within 6 months of your initial session at no additional cost. This window allows your tattoo to fully heal and settle into your skin, revealing any areas that might need a bit of refinement. If your tattoo heals less than perfect despite following the provided aftercare instructions, I will perform any necessary touch-ups to bring your tattoo up to standard at no cost to you. This guarantee ensures that you leave with a tattoo that looks as good as it did the day it was finished.

10-Year Guarantee:

Color tattoos can last a lifetime in perfect condition, but some colors may fade unpredictably over time. My 10-Year Guarantee offers you the opportunity to have your tattoo touched up and refreshed between years 6 and 10 from the date of completion at a fraction of the cost, not exceeding $500 per session. This guarantee provides peace of mind, knowing that your tattoo will remain vibrant for years to come.

Lifetime Guarantee:

The Lifetime Guarantee, defined as a 20-year period, allows you to receive two touch-ups during this time. The first touch-up can be scheduled anytime after year 6, and the second after year 13, with at least a 7-year gap between them. Each touch-up will be available at a fraction of the cost, not exceeding $1000 per session. This is to account for inflation, assuming that the cost of tattooing will inevitably rise. However, the exact amount is discretionary from case to case based on the amount of work that will be required. If I’m no longer tattooing at that time, your touch-up will be performed by someone personally trained by me, ensuring the same or even higher level of skill.

Studio Etiquette

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following studio etiquette guidelines:

Arrive on Time:

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to start your session on time and ensures that the day’s schedule runs smoothly. If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Respect the Studio Environment:

We strive to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere in the studio. We ask that you respect the space by keeping noise to a minimum and being mindful of the work being done. This helps create the best possible environment for both the tattooing process and other clients.

Limit Guests:

Due to the intimate and private nature of our studio, we request that you do not bring guests without prior approval. If you wish to have someone accompany you, please discuss this with us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking or Heavy Drinking:

Smoking and heavy drinking are not allowed in the studio. This ensures a clean and safe environment for everyone. Additionally, please avoid consuming alcohol before your appointment, as it can thin your blood and negatively impact the tattooing process.

Communication is Key:

If you have any special requests, such as music preferences or specific accommodations, please let us know ahead of time or upon arrival. We’re here to make your experience as comfortable and personalized as possible.

Personal Conduct:

We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards the staff and others in the studio. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your session.

Health and Safety:

Please follow all health and safety guidelines provided. This includes arriving in good health and adhering to any specific instructions given before, during, and after your session to ensure a safe and successful tattoo experience.

Photography and Recording

Client Recording:

You are welcome to take photos or record videos during your session. Capturing your tattooing experience is a great way to document the process, and we encourage you to share your journey.

Use of Studio Recording:

Any footage recorded by the studio, with your consent, may be used for instructional videos, social media content, and other educational materials. Your privacy and comfort are our priority, and we ensure that all recordings are handled professionally and respectfully.
